I’ve see a ton of cool cars in my neighborhood/during my commute since it has warmed up. 911R, FF, and a couple of Lamborghinis to recent memory. However The Shelby made me take the card out. I see them often enough but I really love these and this is the nicest one I have seen in a while. Then a bonus car/freak of nature as I got closer to the office. Is that an Element?

I never know how to feel about those Shelbys. They’re by far the least problematic kit based on a car that’s unobtainium, and I’m sure that they’re a blast to drive, but I think that personally, I’d sooner go with a kit that doesn’t come with the baggage of being based on a very famous car, even if it wasn’t purely original like a Caterham.

I have the same feelings. Then I stand next to one at cars & coffee and they are just drop-dead gorgeous. Then they fire up the v8 with the side pipes - and OH MY! I want one. I really want one.
